The Patron Holiday of the Osogovo Monastery is celebrated on 28–29 August at the Saint Yoakim of Osogovo Monastery near Kriva Palanka. Organised by the Municipality of Kriva Palanka and the Foundation "With Heart for Kriva Palanka", it combines religious observance with tradition and performances by popular regional artists. Tourists and visitors from across the cross-border region come to experience this spiritual and sacred place.
