The Pivtiyada Festival is an annual culinary celebration held in Kriva Palanka, North Macedonia, on 19 January, Epiphany Day (Voditsi). Organised by the Municipality of Kriva Palanka, it invites participants, local residents and visitors to taste traditional homemade pivtija (pacha, or aspic). It is a warm, flavourful way to experience the region's living gastronomic heritage in the heart of winter.
