The Vladimir Dimitrov – the Master National Art Award is presented on 1 February at the Vladimir Dimitrov – the Master Art Gallery in Kyustendil. Organised by the Municipality of Kyustendil together with the gallery, the ceremony honours outstanding painters in the name of one of Bulgaria's most celebrated artists. Painters, participants, tourists and residents gather for a distinguished celebration of national art.
