Kyustendil Spring is the official holiday of the town of Kyustendil, celebrated on 21 March across the town square and Hisarlaka Hill. Organised by the Municipality of Kyustendil, it welcomes the season with history, traditional customs and rituals. Tourists, students, residents, craftsmen and merchants join in a festive salute to spring and to the town itself.
