The International Folklore Festival "Silver Pafta" takes over the town centre of Kyustendil on the last weekend of July. Organised by the Municipality of Kyustendil and the Pautalia Folklore Dance Ensemble, it welcomes folklore dance groups from Bulgaria, the cross-border region and around the world. Tourists and residents can enjoy a vibrant weekend of international dance and tradition.
