The "Rila ni Gleda" (Rila Watches Us) Folklore Festival takes place in Rila Park, Dupnitsa, at the end of June. Organised by the Municipality of Dupnitsa, it celebrates tradition, folklore and the region's cultural heritage. Participants, tourists, residents and visitors from across the cross-border region are welcome to share in the music and dance.
