Each June, the International Art Colony "Lazar Sofiyanov" gathers artists in the historic town of Kratovo to create works inspired by its ancient architecture. Organised by the Lazar Sofiyanov Cultural Club and the Municipality of Kratovo, it draws participants and children from across the cross-border region. Tourists and residents can watch new art take shape amid the town's ancient architecture.
